There is a specific tension between the raw and the refined. I’ve spent my life navigating the space between them—as a painter at the canvas, as a designer of brands, and as a keeper of experiences.

Stillflower is a curatorial studio dedicated to the art of lingering.

It began with an obsession: how to preserve the fleeting… the lovely. I wanted to rethink the "dusty" concept of potpourri and treat it as a luxury—not as dead things, but as Still Flowers. It was a study in beauty held in place; a scent that persists and an artifact of attention that remains always in season long after the expiration date has passed.

In an economy of distraction, I believe that where we place our attention is everything. Our things, our art, our experiences—all of it should be curated with intention. I have seen where global brands lose their way, and I have seen where spaces lose their pulse.

My work is an effort to fix that—to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and the palpable soul of something worth remembering as lovely.

Whether I am auditing a brand’s narrative, mapping the sensory journey of an experience, or finishing a commission in the studio, I am building Artifacts of Attention. We don’t just create for the moment; we create the things that anchor you to it.

Welcome to the studio,

Austin
